Gil is a highly experienced lawyer, providing ongoing consultation on cross-border corporate transactions with an emphasis on technology related matters, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments.

Gil obtained a unique knowledge and exeprtese in privacy and data protection, both in practice and upon obtianing the prestigous Certified International Privacy Professional certification with specific expertise in European privacy protection law (CIPP/E).

Earlier in his career, Gil provided general counsel to various clients and companies while practicing in the corporate departments of Israel's largest and most prestigious firms in Israel.

Gil has also served as an in-house legal counsel in prominent venture capital funds in Israel, and in leading cryptocurrency investment platforms, gaining extensive experience by participation in various initial coin offerings which evidently led him to become one of the most experienced attorneys in the field of cryptocurrency to date.
