Living the "Startup Life", we at Oz & Associates are passionate about entrepreneurship and fostering the growth of early-stage companies. We are startup-focused, and enjoy working intimately with founding entrepreneurs while providing full advice on all corporate and commercial needs of your startup "from start to exit", and throughout the growth of your company and the opportunities and challenges that it faces. Whether its relating to your efforts to seek and obtain funding, or to your ongoing business as your startup scale and commercialize its intellectual property with third paries (such as customers or busienss partners), we walk hand in hand together with our clients to ensure sucessful closing of their funding transactions (SPA's, SAFE's, CLA's, venture loans, credit facilities and other funding structures), commercial transactions for their products and services such as software licensing, SaaS agremenets, joint ventures, distribution agreements, product sale agreements, consulting and services agreements, etc.

On the "buy-side", Oz & Associates represents private investors and venture capital funds in multiple types and structures of investments. We understand the unique needs of venture investors and have experience in a wide range of financing structures. We have vast experience representing international investors making an investment in Israeli companies and regularly advise such investors with regards to their investments, including comprehensive legal support on all securities, tax, and regulatory issues typically associated with such transactions.

Whether its for the buyer-investor, or for target companies, we assist our clients and provide services for due diligence prior to investment transactions, ongoing commercial negotiations and representation, drafting and reviewing all kinds of venture funding and capital investment rounds contracts, and legal advice on any issue your company encounter throughout its life cycle.
